Through Lexington Technology where he is CEO, he has represented many mission-critical private and quasi-governmental entities. Picciotti’s clients have included Pennsylvania’s First Judicial District, The Philadelphia City Controller, SEPTA and numerous clients in the insurance and pharmaceutical industries. Philadelphia’s CIO of the Year in 2000, Picciotti has served as an adviser to the United States House of Representatives on internal Cyber-Security issues and has provided testimony to the US Congress on Mass Transit and Cyber-Security issues facing the Country. Picciotti has been involved with small businesses since 1988 and has been involved in the lending industry since 1994. A graduate of West Chester University (PA) cum laude, and Rutgers Law School, Picciotti is a member of the Pennsylvania and Florida Bar. Picciotti is a member of the Board of Directors of the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation (Philadelphia) and is a member of the United Way Tocqueville Society.
Kenneth Schoenberg, Esq. – Executive Vice President & General Counsel. Prior to Lexington, Mr. Schoenberg was the
General Counsel and Board Secretary for America Online. He was also General Counsel and CTO at Softmart. A graduate of
Drew University and Rutgers Law School Mr. Schoenberg was the founder & CEO of the Grandstand, the first interactive
online sports site.
Charles Bowles- Director of Lending- Mr Bowles has over 20 years of executive management experience in commercial finance. He has been involved in over $2.5 Billion dollars of Commercial Real Estate transactions over the past two decades. Mr. Bowles is the Director Of Lending at Lexington Commercial Capital. Mr. Bowles started his career in finance in 1992. Beginning in originations Mr Bowles became the Senior Vice President of a publicly traded company. He has also been involved in multiple turn around situations of both small and large companies. In the year prior to joining Lexington, Mr Bowles was involved in over $100 Million dollars in Commercial Real Estate deals.
Michael P. Williams, Esquire- VP Lending. Mr. Williams, an accomplished attorney and activist in Philadelphia. Prior to Lexington he was a Senior Attorney for the City of Philadelphia. prior thereto he was Executive Director, MBEC, City of Philadelphia — Minority Business Enterpise Counsel/Finance Department. Prior to MBEC Mr. Williams was an attorney at Mongomery McCracken, Walker and Rhoads. Mr. Williams, an invaluable member of the Lexington team is currently on extended medical leave.
